The current housing market here in the U.S. can seem like a scary and unstable place.  Sub-prime mortgages have been deeply affected over the past couple of years by declining home values and rising interest rates .    

Though the past year or two have been uneasy, there is excitement in the works.  As you read this, the market is slowly rebounding and home values are returning as credit lines are opened by lending institutions.  This is great news for everyone in involved.  As the rusty wheels begin to turn again, buyers are looking at great prices and sellers are starting to see the return of the market.
